Inside Dhaka:
- Standard Delivery: Expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
- Click & Collect: Collect your order from our office within 1 hour (Available from 11 am to 6 pm).
- Note: AC installation will be completed within 72 hours of order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka:
- Standard Delivery: Expect delivery within 3-5 working days (Hub Delivery). A 10% advance payment is required for deliveries outside Dhaka.
Delivery Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery charges apply.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery charges apply.

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary due to factors like color, size, stock availability, or promotional offers. In-store prices may differ from those shown online.
Payment Methods:
We provide secure payment options, including Bkash, Nagad, and POS payments.

Installation Process
Our technicians will visit your location to assess the installation site before proceeding. If additional materials or adjustments are required, they will notify you beforehand. Once installation is complete, the technician will test the product and give you a demonstration to ensure you are fully familiar with its operation.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 120 working hours of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and may vary depending on the product type and quantity.

শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি নীতি
ঢাকা শহরের ভিতর:
- নিয়মিত ডেলিভারি: ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি।
- ক্লিক অ্যান্ড কালেক্ট: ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করুন (সকাল ১১টা থেকে বিকেল ৬টা)।
- দ্রষ্টব্য: এসি ইনস্টলেশন অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
ঢাকার বাইরে:
- নিয়মিত ডেলিভারি: ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি (হাব ডেলিভারি)। ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি জন্য ১০% অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
- ঢাকা মেট্রো: ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও পেমেন্ট নীতি
মূল্য নির্ধারণ:
পণ্যের মূল্য ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত রয়েছে এবং তা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। মূল্য রং, আকার, স্টক এবং চলমান অফারের কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। শোরুমের মূল্য অনলাইনের থেকে আলাদা হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি:
আমরা নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট বিকল্প প্রদান করি, যেমন বিকাশ, নগদ, এবং পিওএস পেমেন্ট।
দ্রষ্টব্য: প্রদত্ত মূল্য VAT/TAX/AIT ব্যতিরেকেই।
ইনস্টলেশন প্রক্রিয়া
আমাদের টেকনিশিয়ানরা ইনস্টলেশন সাইট মূল্যায়ন করবেন। অতিরিক্ত উপকরণ বা পরিবর্তন প্রয়োজন হলে তারা আপনাকে অবহিত করবেন। ইনস্টলেশন শেষে, তারা পণ্য পরীক্ষা করবেন এবং ডেমোনস্ট্রেশন দিয়ে আপনার জন্য সেটি বুঝিয়ে দেবেন।
রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি
রিটার্ন শর্তাবলী:
পণ্য পাওয়ার ১২০ কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে হবে। পণ্যটি ব্যবহার না করা অবস্থায়, মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ, এবং রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ সঙ্গে থাকতে হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:
রিটার্ন করা পণ্যটি গ্রহণ ও পরিদর্শন করার পর, ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে এবং তা আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ:
গ্রাহকরা রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচের জন্য দায়ী, যা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। খরচ পণ্যের ধরন ও পরিমাণের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
