2. Can I return after receiving delivery?
Usually no. If you do not like the product, you must return it in front of the delivery person after paying the delivery charge. Once the delivery person leaves, there is no option to return; if you contact us then, we will exchange and send the correct product.
3. How will I get a refund?
We do not have a refund system. In special cases, the product will be exchanged. If there is an issue with the exchanged product, we will provide a higher quality product, in which case a small additional amount may be added. We hope you will have no objection to this.
4. Who will bear the return and exchange shipping charges?
If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged or defective product), we will bear the entire shipping charge.
If it is due to personal reasons of the customer (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer must bear the shipping charge.
5. What should I do if I receive a broken or damaged product?
Open and check the package in front of the delivery person, and return it immediately.
